Welcome to Kraków! Arrival in Kraków, transfer to hotel, overnight accommodation in Kraków.
Stroll around the Old City and Main Square. During the day you will visit: Wawel Castle and Cathedral, see the King’s Way, the Jagiellonian University, the famous Mariacki Church with a stunning gothic altar carved of linden wood by Wit Stwosz, and the beautiful renaissance Sukiennice building (from outside) at the old city’s main market square. We’ll finish our stroll next to the old city’s battlements Floriańska Gate and Barbakan. Overnight stay in Kraków.
Wieliczka is located about 15 km south-east from Kraków and 70 km east of Oświęcim. During our 8 hr trip you will have a chance to see the biggest Nazi WWII concentration camp in Europe - Auschwitz. Later you will visit one of the most impressive underground tourist attractions in Poland - Wieliczka Salt Mine. Overnight stay in Kraków.

Trip to Zakopane, free time in the centre of the city (Krupówki Street). Gubałówka funicular ride with beautiful views of the Tatra Mountains. Trip to the famous wooden chapel in Jaszczurówka and view of the Ski Jumping Centre near Nosal mountain. Evening in Zakopane with a concert of a local highlander’s band. Overnight stay in Zakopane.
In the morning you will enjoy relaxing baths in natural thermal pools of Białka Tatrzańska. We continue our trip across the region of Podhale to the Dębno Podhalańskie well known for one of the most beautiful wooden churches in Poland. Then we will visit the castle in Niedzica and go for rafting in the Dunajec Gorge in Pieniński National Park. The rafting ends in the town of Szczawnica. Transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Szczawnica.
Departure from Szczawnica to Poprad - the capital of the Tatra Mountains region. Relax in thermal pools with amazing views of the highest peaks of the Tatra Mountains. Dinner with entertainment and local specialties. Overnight stay in Poprad.
Visit the “Slovakian Paradise” - trekking in the area of deep, mysterious canyons, picturesque rivers, and unique limestone formations. Departure to Hungary, dinner with gypsy music. Overnight stay in Budapest.
See the Old City of Budapest, Castle Hill with Fisherman’s Tower and St Matthias Church, Royal Castle (from the outside), Gellert Hill with the statue of Liberation and the Citadel. Afterwards, see the Shopping Mall of Pest, Parliament Square of Heroes, with the millennium statue, Museum of Arts (outside), and also City Park. Enjoy a relaxing bath in one of Budapest pools. Overnight stay in Budapest.
Drive to Vienna. We take a bus ride around Vienna, looking at the Museum of Art History, the Museum of Natural History, the Parliament, the Town Hall, The Votive Church, and the Museum of Applied Arts. A quick stop in the city park to take a picture by Vienna’s famous golden statue of Johann Strauss. Next, we will drive by the Hundertwasserhaus, a fairy-tale-like house with a roof covered by a lush tree and bush gardens. You will also see the Schoenbrunn Palace (from outside) which was a former summer emperors’ residence. Later enjoy an evening stroll around the Old City. Overnight stay in Vienna.
Drive from Austria to Italy to enjoy AIDA Opera in the famous Arena in Verona. Overnight stay in Verona.
Drive from Italy to Monaco, the second smallest independent state in the world (after the Vatican). Walk through Monaco-Ville, a medieval village with Prince’s Palace (view from outside) and breathtaking panoramic view overlooking the Port and Monte-Carlo. Continue to France. Stroll in the Old Town of Cannes at the French Riviera. Enjoy excellent views from the castle ruins at the top, the famous Palais des Festivals, port filled with yachts of the rich and famous, and La Croisette - Cannes catwalk beside the sea. Continue to Marseille, the biggest Mediterranean port and the economic hub of the Provence Alpes-Côte d’Azur region for accommodation. Overnight stay in Marseille.
Today in Marseille we’ll see: le Vieux Port (old harbour), Notre Dame de la Garde, the big church which overlooks the city. Continue to Avignon. See Le Palais des Papes - palace of popes, the world’s largest Gothic edifice (from outside), famous bridge Le Pont Saint-Benezet, and Place du Palais. Overnight stay in Avignon vicinity.
Today depart to Andorra. On the way, we stop at Baux-de-Provence which has a spectacular position in the Alpilles mountains, set atop a rocky outcrop that is crowded with the ruins of a castle overlooking the plains to the south. See the well-known Cite de Carcassonne, a beautiful medieval fortress. Arrive in Andorra. Overnight stay in Andorra.
Tour the city and the state of Andorra. Here we will see the capital, Andorra la Vella. We will see the fine 12th-century church and the Casa de la Vall, the ancient seat of government, also see the 9th-century pre-Romanesque form of the Church of Santa Coloma which is Andorra’s oldest. Our walk will end at Placa del Poble, a large public square which occupies the roof of the Edifici Administratiu Govern d’Andorra, with romantic views of the valley and mountains, a popular local gathering place. On the way to Barcelona, we will stop in the Montserrat Benedictine monastery to see the famous Black Virgin of Montserrat and fantastic views of the local landscape. Overnight stay in Barcelona.
Stroll through the city centre. Admire architectural masterpieces of Antoni Gaudi: the basilica of la Sagrada Familia (from outside), Park Guell, Casa Mila, and Casa Batllo. See the Placa de Catalunya, a large square that became a meeting spot for all Catalonians. We will walk down Las Ramblas, the most picturesque street of the city. We’ll see the astonishing gothic old quarter called Barri Gotic, the Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia (from outside), the charming Placa Reial and Placa Sant Jaume with the Town Hall and the Palau de la Generalitat. Our stroll will end by the Columbus Monument at Port Vell. Overnight stay in Barcelona.
In the morning drive to the Barceloneta, a neighborhood by the sea with the Olympic grounds and the FC Barcelona stadium, one of the most famous Spanish soccer clubs (from outside). Later we’ll stop to take a glimpse of panoramic views of the city from Montjuic hill and you will see the fortress at the top (from outside). We’ll continue to Nice. Overnight stay in Nice.
Day of final exams. Overnight stay in Nice.
Transfer to the airport. Departure.
