Our Story
Where Experience Becomes Art
Tour Expert was founded by Voytek Wrona, a seasoned travel professional with a career spanning more than three decades. Since 1989, he has been planning tours and travel programs across Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe, building a deep understanding of the region’s cultures, destinations, and guest expectations.
In 1995, after earning his official Guide License in Kraków, he began working as a professional guide in the city, throughout Poland, and across Europe. That same year, he expanded his work into travel planning, designing itineraries and coordinating logistics for both groups and individual travelers.
By 1999, Voytek stepped into the role of travel agency manager, overseeing operations, client services, and tour development — experience that strengthened his ability to deliver reliable, well‑organized, guest‑focused travel solutions.
During his nearly 20 years living in Ireland and Canada, Voytek also worked within the airline industry, gaining hands‑on experience with one of the world’s leading carriers. His roles ranged from reservations and top‑tier customer service to operations and IT support. This exposure to global aviation standards further refined his approach to service excellence, problem‑solving, and complex travel logistics — skills that now elevate every itinerary designed by Tour Expert.
This international perspective, combined with his roots in Kraków and Poland, shapes the warm, professional, and detail‑driven approach that defines Tour Expert today.

Visiting Auschwitz/Birkenau is a must do for everyone. The tour is well executed and the value of the educational information is exceptional. It is very important that all people learn about the worst moments of human history so as not to repeat them. Voytek's facilitation of this tour was excellent. He communicated the available times for tours and the associated pick up times. He arrived timely on the date and time selected, and his explanation of his personal history, Polish history and what we would experience at the camps all added up to an excellent day. We highly recommend Voytek's services. You will learn much about Poland that you might not find out on your own.

His explanation of what to expect at Auschwitz - Birkenow was spot on. My wife has minor mobility issues and Voytek found the best caves and walking routes to accommodate her in one of Poland’s national parks. He even provided healthy snacks and lunch!
You could not find a better guide and Krakow is lucky to have him as their Ambassador.
