This Cookie Policy explains how Tour Expert uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on tourexpert.co, in accordance with Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004 (Prawo telekomunikacyjne), the Polish Act of 21 February 2019 implementing GDPR, and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. How We Obtain Consent
In compliance with Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law and GDPR Article 6(1)(a), we:
- Display a cookie consent banner (CMP) on your first visit to tourexpert.co before any non-essential cookies are loaded.
- Present a clearly visible “Accept All,” “Reject All,” and “Manage Preferences” option. No option is pre-ticked. The “Accept” and “Reject” buttons are given equal visual prominence, in compliance with UOKiK guidance on dark patterns.
- Block all non-essential cookies until you actively consent. Scrolling, clicking, or continued browsing does not constitute consent.
- Record your consent decision with a timestamp and consent version number. Your consent is valid for 12 months, after which we will ask again.
- Allow you to withdraw or change your consent at any time via the cookie preference centre accessible from the footer of every page.
Browser-level cookie blocking does not substitute for consent under Polish law. We rely on active opt-in through our CMP for all non-strictly-necessary cookies.
